Refund Policy

Online returns: In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to refund items within 10 days from the order date. We regrettably do not accept returns on earrings according to best practice hygiene standards. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed.

• All tags must be attached and in the original packaging.
• We do not accept returns on sale or promotion items.
• Lakor is not responsible for parcels that are lost in transit.

How to return: Please send us the details together with images of the evidence of faulty products, to tonebali2023@gmail.com or contact us via Whatsapp All exchanges must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags attached and in the original packaging. We will not accept tampered or worn goods. We cannot ship out exchanges to our travelling customers' home countries.
